Goals

My goal list, which I need to do for myself and the horses I ride:
I need to commit myself to:
  1. Lose weight- 10-20lbs. I give a range b/c it is what I am going to be able to keep.
  2. Develop more core strength through Pilates and correct riding. I NEED to stay on the Pilates- I have been too slack about that.
  3. Eat healthier-ie: little to no meats, breads, fats, or sugars. Stay strict about my eating.
  4. Ride more regularly- as in, more time on Sasha, Pokey, Guru-hacking at a walk, and Joey.
  5. Video myself and get Danny to video my rides on Sasha-watch and correct with each ride.
  6. Get Sasha more supple and connected in the warm-up, not getting frustrated with myself or her over it.
  7. Find somewhere to hack Sasha out 1-2x a week.
  8. Make A in Biol301, make A or high B in the CSCEV102 class.
  9. Pay all bills on time for Nov. and Dec. 2009.
  10. Pay for and begin to take online classes.
