
I am slugging down the last of a Slim-Fast powder shake I made this morning for b'fast, which tastes more like cake batter than a weight-loss or meal replacement shake,.......not something that is great for several meals of your day, not exactly something I am 'into' for morning breakfast. Oh well.......
Goal: Lose 20lb. by end of year, get fit, run more, ride more, do more Pilates, try to get into some class(es) at a gym occasionally if time allows, perhaps get an elliptical or stationary bike to do spin and workouts with later,......
By the way, this is one of the dogs I am dog sitting, heart-melting, isn't he? He is such a lover. :)
