Maggie + Pond = A very really wet smelly little happy tired dog,.......

So, yesterday, as part of my birthday, Danny and I called up our good friend and neighbor who has a pond, MC.

And we took Maggie.






MC brought her dog, Roxie, who is a good friend of Maggie's. Roxie LOVES the pond; specifically, she LOVES to retrieve out of the pond. This dog is a retrieving machine! So, she and Maggie would get along just great, wouldn't they?? ;)

Roxie is very patient with Maggie.

Maggie watched Roxie jump in a few times, then did it herself! She LOVED it!

......and they did it over and over and over and over! We fished a little in between their 'retrieving runs' to give them a break, but at the end of the day, it was the puppies that won out. Lets just say that Maggie was one HAPPY but very definitely most certainly worn out little puppy.
I am so excited she loved it so much, this will definitely be a favourite pasttime, I am sure!
